ALSO... I have never tried it, but flaxseeds are an egg substitute (like applesauce). You put something like two tablespoons of flaxseeds in the blender with some water, or whatever, and you got your binding ingredient. Flax seeds are also very healthy.
OH! i forgot to tell you to get Nutritional Yeast Flakes (they sound horrible, but taste delicious---well they don't taste like anything). They have a lot of the good nutritional stuff you need.
