Paul and I get to take care of our granddaughters for three days. Two years old and 5 months old. Starting this afternoon. Two dogs too. Andrea and Jack are getting some well deserved time off from their crazy busy lives.
Our plan is to divide and conquer. It's old stategy. We used it all the time when the kids were little. We know we can do it with two tiny grandkids. We are confident this is going to be a piece of cake. No worries here. Yay. How hard could it be?
Help.

Dear fellow survivor of the Thien years ... Hi, Mary: Just spent some time catching up with you via your blog. Saw your Facebook page, but couldn't figure out how to email you via that. Sounds like things are well at your end, as they are with Lisa and me in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Sounds like you're as excited about the current political environment -- not to mention the media environment, especially TV -- as we are. Enjoyed your post about Princess Di's wedding. You must have been part of the group at our house -- the memories are a bit hazy, but I do remember that both Lisa and Jay Woster were expecting at the time. Anyhoo ... great to run across your name again. Dave Morris
